Big Head Todd & The Monsters and Toad The Wet Sprocket will be heading to Flint for a one night show at The Capitol Theatre on June 13, according to The Whiting & Capitol Theatre’ spokeswoman Rachel Preisel, who notes tickets will go on sale Friday, March 15.
“BHT (Big Head Todd) has proven to be one of the most enduring bands of their genre, according to Preisel who notes that the band ignites stages and attracts countless fans who come out to hear favorites like ‘Bittersweet’, ‘Broken Heart Savior’, and ‘Circle’ from their 1993 Sister Sweetly album,which went platinum.
Celebrating 30 years of making music, Toad the Wet Sprocket is still making music and touring with the same spirit of unwavering independence that started it over three decades ago.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of their platinum album Dulcinea and the 30th anniversary of Bread & Circus, according to Preisel, who notes the band has had a slew of successes including making Billboard’s list with its ‘Walk on the Ocean’, ‘All I Want’, ‘ Something’s Always Wrong’, and ‘Fall Down’.
