When it comes to fruits and vegetables, I’ve learned the right dip goes a long way in getting my kids to eat healthy fruits and vegetables. This month, I’ve been pairing vanilla flavored yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon for a tasty fruit dip. My kids also love my super easy vegetable dip which contains equal parts of plain low-fat Greek yogurt, fat-free sour cream, finely sliced onion, dill and garlic, along with powdered onion soup mix. We throw all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and devour with fresh cut veggies. Yum!
